Any orders placed during our 60% OFF SALE are final sale. They cannot be returned. If you placed an order at full-price 2 weeks prior to the sale, your items can be returned following the below instructions. Merci!
We're sorry your purchase didn't work out. Don't worry! We offer FREE RETURNS! You have fourteen (14) days from when your order was delivered to return for store credit to find something that better suits you.
Please carefully read the below on eligible returns.
- Items must not be worn or show any signs of wear.
- All original tags must be attached to the items.
- The original receipt must be included in the return.
- All original packing must be included in the return.
- All markdowns and sale items are final sale and not eligible to return.
- Damaged items or items in poor condition are not eligible to return.
- Returns attempted after fourteen (14) days will not be accepted.
If any items returned do not meet the above terms, you will be contacted and your items will be returned to you.
At this time we do not offer exchanges. We ask you to please place a new order with the store credit received. Thank you for understanding!
Please email info@lavenueboutique.com before shipping your return item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once the item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 2-3 businesses days and sent via email.
